It supposed to be a crucial era that new climate flourish,but Bluehole received feedback from several insiders and storekeepers,complaining that at least two brands that had passed the exam sold “universally adaptive products”
What are “universally adaptive products”, everyone in the sector should know, To put it simply, it is to manufacture unofficial cigarette cartridges matched with the head e-cigarette brands without authorization, intercept the other party’s existing e-cigarette users at low prices, and convert some users into their own users.such activity in the era of no regulation can do great harm to regular brands, which not only affects regular operations, but also brings illegal wechat sales and fake goods in the market.
But it’s era of regulation,why such activity still exist,and the brands have passed examination of national standards?
We unpacked products of two brands Boulder and Lanka,and recorded video to show comprehensive information. On Apr 26,China Tobacco published <Instructions for technical review of electronic cigarette products>,adaptive products of e cigarette had been mentioned,
“When applying for new cigarette cartridges or smoking equipment products, you need to fill in the appropriate products. Adaptive products can be self owned products or non self owned products. If the adaptive product is a self owned product, and the application data has been completed and saved, the product item can be directly checked in the adaptive product list. If the adaptive product is also a new product to be applied for, it is necessary to fill in and save all the application data of the adaptive product according to the steps, and then continue to complete the rest of the application data of the main product. When selecting a non self owned product as an adaptation product, it is also necessary to upload the authorization for the licensed adaptation of the product”
Bluehole interprets” Authorization is a must of you produce adaptive products of non self owned products”,so such adaptive products without authorization should be be produced, let alone being approved by the authority
