June, July and August are traditionally slack season for e cigarette sector, together with the COID-19 epidemic,and hot weather in Europe and USA, the businesses are low recently, and the morale was affected as well.

So Pluto management decided to organize events to make employees relax and inspire their spirits.after a vote in the company,it was decided to arrange some team building events at the weekend of 2^nd week of Aug,and venue at sand beach,it includes many events such as sand volleyball,swimming,tug-of-war, photographic contest,talent show etc.

It’s wonderful sunny at the weekend of second week of Aug,More than 80 employees and management were transported by 2 shuttle bus to Dameisha – about 1.5 hours driving distance.

The whole crew were divided into groups according to their preference and set some prizes for all the contests, and at the end all members(including employee and management) need attend tug-of-war in units of departments, certainly it won’t limit the group numbers that anyone want to attend, it’s appreciated and encouraged if anyone can attend all events.

Finally 28 members attended swimming contest,36 members attended sand volleyball, 55 members attended photographic contest. 27 members showed their talents. Everyone (regardless they are management or they are normal employees,no matter who they are: designers of CBD batteries, line workers of disposable vape, or assemblers of cartridges) had enjoyed the happy times ,sharing their talents and the prizes. The atmosphere of the events reached a climax at the end, finally the production department got the 1^st prize of tug-of-war.

Although everyone were tired at the first working day after the events, the atmosphere of company turned very much, everyone is talking about the events, joking each other and sharing the secrets. And the morale have been boosted,everyone work swiftly with smiling faces, the body stretched and mood relaxed.So the management and employees both think about” when is the best time for next team building events?”
